From Jim, team manager - please help us collect waivers, medical forms, fees, t-shirt orders, and anticipated March game RSVPs:
1)We need a medical authorization form completed for every child on the team before the start of the season. These forms will be available at the upcoming practices (March 1st and 9th).2)We also need a waiver form completed for every child on the team before the start of the season. These forms can be completed online (the system is now working) or done via paper that will be available at the upcoming practices.3)Team fees are $25 or $30 per child (which ever you can afford) and can be paid either by PayPal, check or cash. Again, either to Lexy or myself.4)Stingers t-shirts are available for $8. I need to know if you want a t-shirt for your child by the end of the day on Wednesday, March 5th in order to have the t-shirts available for our first game on Saturday, March 15th. If your child does need at-shirt, please advise what size. They are available in youth sizes: Small, Medium, Large or XLarge.5)If you would like to purchase a disc for your child, the cost is $10. Please let me know your decision on this by Wednesday, March 5th as well.5)And speaking of games, below is a link to a Doodle poll for all the Stingers' matches in the month of March. I would appreciate your completing this poll by the end of the day on Wednesday, March 12th. Just click on the link below, then enter your child's name and mark the game dates that your child will be able to play. We need this information to know whether we will have enough participants to field a team.
